I love my vegan protein shakes in the morning. It happened by accident but now it feels like a part of being healthy.

This link looked like it had a lot of good ideas too. Apparently I need to invest in flavorings like butterscotch, hazelnut, pistachio. They suggested sugar free pudding mixes.
Tested. Amazing! Hits the spot when you are trying to avoid the boxes of thin mints in your snack drawer.
