Katsu Sauce

My mom makes these yummy breaded fried pork loins. They are so easy to make. Take thinly sliced pork loins (no bones), marinate in garlic and soy sauce, dip in bread homemade crumbs (leftover bread) and cornstarch, pan fry.

Not enough?

I’ve always been perfectly fine without any sauces accompanying it, but my hubby and kids NEED SAUCE. They are sauce people. Ever since I found, I have been trying various sauce recipes and this is a great one!

Katsu Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ⅛ each pepper, garlic powder, tabasco, or paprika
